SteadyLink

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Who we are

SteadyLink is a service for short links on your own domain. It is a product of 2morrow.ai, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we"). Our address: 2morrow.ai, LLC, 2730 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste B #1013, Denver, CO 80227, United States. Website: steadylink.app. Support: support@steadylink.app.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using SteadyLink, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our abuse policy. If you don't agree, don't use SteadyLink.

You must be at least 18 years old to have an account.

If you use SteadyLink for a company or a client, you confirm you may bind that company or client to these terms.

What SteadyLink is

SteadyLink gives you short links that say, in plain words, where they go. When the target of a link changes, moves or disappears, you can update the link so printed and shared copies keep working.

SteadyLink is a technology service. We provide the tools. You decide what your links point to.

The limited beta

  • SteadyLink is in a limited beta. There is a limited number of beta places, given out first come, first served. Everyone else is on a waitlist.
  • The beta runs from October 16 to November 15, 2026, the same dates for everyone. During the beta, SteadyLink is free, with every feature of the Business plan. No card is needed.
  • After the beta there is no free period and no trial. You can choose a paid plan; if you don't, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted: links above the Free plan's limits are paused (the oldest keep working) and come back the moment you upgrade. You can also choose which links keep working: disable one, and a paused one comes back. A link you disabled does not take one of those working places, but it still counts when you make a new link.
  • Paid plans open when the beta ends. During the beta every feature is already free, so there is nothing to buy yet.
  • The beta may have bugs and downtime. We may change, pause or end the beta or any feature.
  • Before the beta ends, we will email you 7 days ahead with the date and the price of each plan. Your links keep working; your account follows the plan you are on.
  • Beta places come with feedback. We will ask about your experience, in the app and by email. These messages are part of the beta, not marketing. You can answer by email or in a form in the app. To stop them, leave the beta: delete your account or email us.
  • Your waitlist email is used to tell you about your place and the beta. See the privacy policy.

Paid plans

  • Some plans cost money. We will show you the price before you pay.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
  • Paid plans renew each period until you cancel. You can pay month to month or once a year. Upgrades take effect at once; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you paid for.
  • If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of signing up for a paid plan, in one step in the app. This is once per customer. Your plan ends at once and your account moves to the Free plan. Renewals are not refunded. If you cancel later, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
  • Yearly plans: we email you 30 days before each renewal, with a link to cancel.
  • If a payment doesn't go through, you can't add new links until it does; your links keep working for 7 days while the payment is tried again. If it hasn't gone through after 7 days, your account moves to the Free plan, with the same rules as above. Nothing is deleted, and your links come back once the payment goes through.
  • Monthly allowances, such as visits, are counted from the day you subscribed (UTC), not from the calendar month.
  • Plans: Free (10 links, 10,000 visits a month); Steady (200 links, 250,000 visits a month; $3.99 a month billed yearly, $47.88 once a year, or $5.99 month to month); Business (2,000 links in total, across client accounts too; more on request, 2,000,000 visits a month; $19.99 a month billed yearly, $239.88 once a year, or $29.99 month to month).
  • Paid plans can be bought with a U.S. billing address only, for now. Free accounts are open worldwide.

Your links and your responsibility

You are responsible for every link you make and for every address it leads to. This is true even if a checking step let it through.

You promise that:

  • you have the right to use each link name and each target;
  • your links, and the pages they lead to, follow the law and our abuse policy;
  • the words you choose for a link do not mislead people about where it goes;
  • you will keep your account details accurate and your sign-in email safe;
  • you are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by people you add.

If you manage links for a client, you are responsible for those links as well.

We may ask you to explain a link. We may pause or remove it while we look.

How we check links

Every target is checked before its link goes live. We check safety lists (Google Web Risk), look-alike names, how old the domain is, and whether the page is publicly reachable. We re-check some links later.

A check is not a promise. A link that passes may still lead somewhere bad. A link that is held or refused may be fine. We do not explain how these checks work, so they cannot be dodged.

Links may show visitors a short page first. New accounts and new domains can trigger this. You cannot switch it off.

Every visitor page has a "Report this link" link. Third-party archive copies of pages are never shown publicly.

Our rules for you

Don't use SteadyLink in ways our abuse policy forbids. Also don't:

  • try to get around the checks, limits or sign-in protections;
  • probe, scrape or overload the service;
  • make links that lead to other SteadyLink links to hide a target;
  • share your account or interfere with other users or our systems.

Copyright

We respond to copyright notices as described in the abuse policy. Accounts with repeated upheld notices are closed.

Suspension and ending your account

  • You can stop any time. To close your account and delete your data, email support@steadylink.app.
  • We may pause a link, remove a link, suspend your account, or end it, if we believe you broke these terms or the abuse policy, if a link is unsafe, or if the law requires it.
  • We may act first and explain after, when a link is unsafe or a report is serious. We tell you the reason by email unless the law forbids it. You can reply, and we can reverse a decision.
  • When we remove a link for abuse, visitors see a neutral page that says the link isn't active. It shows no details about you.
  • Suspending one account does not affect other accounts.
  • When your account ends, your links stop working at once. Before that, you can download all your links as a list (name and destination, CSV).
  • For a paid plan, any prepaid or unused fees are not refunded when we end your account for cause.

If we stop the service

If SteadyLink is going to stop, we will email every account owner 30 days before it stops. Until then you keep full access and can download all your links as a list (name and destination, CSV). If you use your own domain, you can point it to another service and keep your printed links working. Links on gosteady.link cannot be carried over, and the notice will say so.

Third-party services

SteadyLink depends on services we don't control, such as hosting, email delivery, safety checks and payments. If one fails, SteadyLink may fail too. See the privacy policy for the list.

No warranty

SteadyLink is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes that links will always work, that checks will catch every unsafe page, or that the service will be error-free. This is a beta.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of SteadyLink. This includes lost visits, lost sales, and harm from a target page, whether or not our checks flagged it. Some places do not allow limits on liability for certain harms. Where that is so, our liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

Indemnity

You will cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a claim arises from your use of SteadyLink, your links or the addresses they lead to, your breach of these terms or the law, or your violation of anyone's rights.

Legal requests

We disclose account information only in response to valid legal process. Send legal requests to: 2morrow.ai, LLC, 2730 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste B #1013, Denver, CO 80227, United States.

Privacy

How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
